Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TodoMelon, operated by Sandia Software Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using TodoMelon, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TodoMelon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Intellectual Property

The TodoMelon application, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Sandia Software Services and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you create within TodoMelon, including task data, descriptions, and any other information you enter. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Limitation of Liability

TodoMelon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Sandia Software Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your account. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of TodoMelon after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
